The Bell is a welcoming village pub serving traditional food, real ales and charming accommodation overlooking the longest village green in England.
Situated just minutes from the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal and a short drive from both Stroud and Gloucester, The Bell is a favourite for locals, walkers and visitors exploring the local area.
The traditional menu offers a selection of pub classics plus fresh fish and seasonal game specials, sourced locally and prepared to order. The bar is well stocked with premium lager, real ales, traditional cider, fine wines and spirits.
The accommodation over the pub is perfect for weekend breaks (or longer), with four apartments sharing a perfect view of the village green, ideal whether exploring the Severn Vale, Gloucester historic docks, Cheltenham, Bristol and all of the wonderful places the county has to offer.

The Cambridge Suite – Overlooking the village green this suite offers a large lounge, television, wi-fi and self catering kitchen area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with both a bath and shower.
The Arlingham Suite – This suite offers a view over the garden, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate lounge with sofa bed, television, wi-fi and self catering kitchenette area. Two entrances for easy access to the neighboring Framilode Room.
The Fretherne – Offers a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, television, wi-fi, tea & coffee making facilities and stunning views over the village green.
